Example of a 14 day Packaged Tour
DAY 1 - Arrive at Durban International Airport where you will be met and transported to Ingwe guesthouse. Unpack or unwind with a cool drink around the pool or on the verandah.DAY 2 - Scenic drive in and around Durban at your leisure, visiting the Victoria market, museums etc. In the evening enjoy dinner and drinks while cruising around Durban's harbour and coastline (weather permitting). Please bring a windbreaker or jacket.
DAY 3 - Depart for Pietermaritzburg visiting places of interest along the way. From here we go on to the scenic Drakensberg Mountains where we will book into an award-winning hotel for two nights. During your stay you may indulge in a number of leisure activities eg: a mountain walk or a helicopter ride over the majestic mountains, or you may simply relax in the beautiful surrounds.
DAY 6 - Free day. Whatever you wish to see or do we will oblige.
DAY 7 - We take a trip down the South Coast, visiting a crocodile farm and stopping for lunch along the way. We then proceed to the Wild Coast Sun Hotel and Casino where we spend the night. Here there is plenty to entertain you.
DAY 9 - Free day.
DAY 10 - We travel northwards of Durban visiting many different places on our way to our hotel in Zululand. Here we will do a boat cruise on the world famous St. Lucia Estuary, visit a Zulu cultural village and either do a game drive through the Hluhluwe game reserve or go elephant tracking in the Pongola game reserve.
DAY 13 - Free day.
DAY 14 - Free day. You may choose to go shopping, relax on the beach or at home around the pool, or you may prefer to partake in more adventurous activities eg: golf, fishing, white water rafting, ocean kayaking, scuba diving or a microlight ride.
This basic package (covering accommodation, refreshments, all meals - at the guesthouse, a hotel or restaurant, transport, tours and entrance fees) is all-inclusive, except for international flights and airport taxes.
We can also provide a package tour for an additional 5 days to Cape Town. The cost of this package is Euro 1000 per person and includes:
- a domestic flight from Durban to Cape Town, or a scenic drive from Durban to Cape Town with a stop along the way.
- a visit up Table mountain, a visit to the Castle and the Waterfront.
- an evening drive to the top of Signal Hill
- a day trip to Hout Bay and Cape Point
- a day trip visiting wine farms
- a visit to Hermanus in the south, or to Langebaan on the Cape West coast
- all accommodation and meals.
