how to book a trip
We are aware of the growing concern that cyber-transactions may not be 100% safe. In fact, most people are reluctant to give out their credit card details over the Net. That is why we ask only for an e-mail (or phone call or fax if you wish) describing what services you require from us. We will contact you by phone in due course and thereafter e-mail you an itinerary (and give you an exact quote on the cost of your holiday), which will be finalised only after you have given it your stamp of approval.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • We need at least a months notice prior to your arrival and
  • The larger the visiting group, the less it is going to cost you
  • If there are any activities you are interested in NOT listed on this site, please feel free to contact us and we will make a plan for you.

Method of Payment

Due to the unique nature of our tours, the cost of your trip can only be finalised once we have contacted you either by e-mail or by phone, upon which we will exchange banking details. We ask for 50% of your fee to be paid upon booking, the remainder of which can be paid when you arrive.
